What We Offer

Clinical-grade planning.
On your platform.

External Beam Planning

3D-CRT, IMRT, and VMAT planning for a full range of tumour sites — optimised to your institutional dose constraints and physician preferences. Standard 48-hour turnaround; expedited 24-hour available.

SBRT & Radiosurgery

High-precision, hypofractionated planning for intracranial SRS and extracranial SBRT — lung, liver, spine, prostate and more. Technical complexity is our standard, not our exception.

Plan Review & QA

Independent plan review, second-opinion dosimetry, peer review participation, and brachytherapy planning support. Dosimetric QA documentation and treatment summary reports prepared to your institutional standard.

Flexible arrangements.  Per-plan fees or monthly retainer blocks — whichever fits your volume and budget. We work within your existing TPS environment: Eclipse, RayStation, Pinnacle, and others. No new software. No lengthy integration.

About

"Every plan I design has a patient at the end of it. That reality shapes how I work."

I practice at University Health Network's Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto — one of the world's top-ranked cancer institutions. The volume, complexity, and clinical standard there form the foundation of everything Lemberg Health delivers.

My academic background spans Medical Radiation Sciences and Chemistry — a combination that grounds my clinical work in both the physics and the biochemistry of radiation treatment.

I hold dual Canada/USA dosimetry licensure — part of a rare and shrinking cohort of Canadian dosimetrists authorised to practice on both sides of the border. Lemberg Health was founded to put that credential to work for oncology centres that need capacity without the overhead of a permanent hire.

How It Works

Up and running
in four steps.

Discovery Call

We discuss your clinic's workflow, TPS environment, and planning needs. No commitment — just a conversation to understand if there's a fit.

Agreement & Setup

We sign a service agreement and BAA (PIPEDA addendum for Canadian clinics). Your IT team provisions VPN access. Typical setup: one to two weeks.

First Plans

Your team sends anonymised DICOM files via your secure channel. Completed plans are returned within your agreed turnaround window — typically 24 to 48 hours.

Ongoing Partnership

Per-plan fees or monthly retainer blocks — your choice. Adjust or pause with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-in required.

Privacy & Security

Compliant by design,
not as an afterthought.

Remote dosimetry works only if clinics can trust that patient data is handled with the same rigour as their in-house workflows.

Canada — PIPEDA & PHIPA

Full compliance with federal and Ontario provincial privacy legislation for all Canadian clinic engagements.

  • Patient files anonymised at source per DICOM de-identification standards
  • PIPEDA-compliant data handling addendum signed with every Canadian client
  • PHIPA-aligned protocols for Ontario-sourced patient data
  • No PHI retained on Lemberg Health infrastructure post-engagement

United States — HIPAA

Full Business Associate Agreement executed before any data exchange with US clinic partners.

  • Signed BAA required before engagement begins
  • HIPAA-compliant home office: technical, administrative, and physical safeguards
  • Data exchanged only via clinic-controlled secure channels (VPN/SFTP)
  • No PHI stored on Lemberg Health systems beyond the active planning session

A full compliance package — BAA template, PIPEDA addendum, remote access policy, and security overview — is available to prospective clinic partners on request.
