## What We Do

Lemberg Health provides on-demand, expert radiation treatment planning to oncology centres that need dosimetry capacity without the overhead of a permanent hire. We solve a documented and growing problem: the chronic shortage of qualified dosimetrists in community and regional cancer centres.

All clinical delivery is performed by Markiyan Glinnyi, CMD — one of a rare cohort of Canadian dosimetrists licensed to practice in both Canada and the United States.

## Services

- **External Beam Planning (EBRT):** 3D-CRT, IMRT, and VMAT planning across a full range of tumour sites. Standard 48-hour turnaround; expedited 24-hour available.
- **SBRT & Radiosurgery:** High-precision, hypofractionated planning for intracranial SRS and extracranial SBRT — lung, liver, spine, prostate, and more.
- **Plan Review & QA:** Independent plan review, second-opinion dosimetry, peer review participation, brachytherapy planning support, and QA documentation.

Treatment planning is performed within the clinic's existing TPS environment (Eclipse, RayStation, Pinnacle, and others). No new software or lengthy integration required.

## Compliance

**Canada:** Full PIPEDA and PHIPA compliance. Patient files anonymised at source per DICOM de-identification standards. PIPEDA-compliant data handling addendum signed with every Canadian client. No PHI retained post-engagement.

**United States:** Full HIPAA compliance. Signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) required before engagement begins. Data exchanged only via clinic-controlled secure channels (VPN/SFTP). No PHI stored beyond the active planning session.
